The whole family is welcome to come celebrate America's birthday Downtown this year! City Park is 100 years old this year and everyone can celebrate during an entire day of programming and fun! Families can also come to Downtown for lunch, shopping and to enjoy the Old Fashioned Fourth of July at the Historic Avery House!

Live music, friends, family, picnics, games and good ole American fun are in City Park this year as part of the 100 Years of City Park Celebration!
Firecracker 5K, Old Timers Baseball Games, live music all afternoon and so much more.
FREE and open to the public, so bring your lawn chairs, your sunscreen
and head over to City park to enjoy the sunshine on July 4th!

You can also enjoy eating, visiting and shopping in Downtown all day long!
Then Transfort will provide free shuttles from the Downtown Transit Center to the fireworks beginning at 6:00pm and will be shuttled back downtown until 10:30pm.

An Old Fashioned Fourth of July at the Avery House
Come enjoy a gone by era. Life was at a slower pace, and Independence Day was still a day of family, community and fun. The Avery House (328 W. Mountain Ave.) hosts a full day of historic activities, games, food and fun. Just 3 blocks west of College Ave, come enjoy this free celebration as part of your Downtown Fort Collins experience!

FIREWORKS: Begin at dusk and are shot over City Park Lake. The City of Fort Collins will cap off July 4th by providing a spectacular fireworks show at City Park at 9:35 p.m.
