Your instructors: Danny Matriccino and Kenny Monks are cousins from Northeast Pennsylvania. They grew up in a ...large Italian-American family with a strong food tradition. With a passion for preparing (and eating!) classic Italian and Italian-American dishes. They launched “Two Italian Cooks” as a catering and cooking lessons businessin Fort Collins, Colorado in 2011.
